1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WriterLink Pro ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use of the Platform
The Platform connects clients with freelance writers and content creators. Users must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Client Obligations
Clients agree to provide clear project requirements, communicate professionally with freelancers, and make payments as agreed upon project completion. Clients must review and approve or request revisions within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Freelancer Obligations
Freelancers agree to deliver original work that meets client specifications, communicate progress updates, meet agreed deadlines, and maintain professional conduct throughout project engagements.
5. Payments & Fees
The Platform charges a commission on completed projects as specified in the Platform Settings. All payments are processed through the Platform. Freelancers receive payment upon client approval of completed work.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all deliverables created specifically for their project. Freelancers retain rights to their pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through the Platform's admin mediation process. The Platform reserves the right to make final decisions in unresolved disputes.
8. Termination
The Platform may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users. Users may close their accounts at any time subject to any outstanding obligations.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is not liable for the quality of work delivered, disputes between users, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
