1. Overview
WriterLink Pro is committed to ensuring fair outcomes for both clients and freelancers. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
2. Client Refund Eligibility
Clients may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- A freelancer fails to deliver work within the agreed timeline without communication
- Delivered work fundamentally does not meet the agreed project requirements
- A freelancer abandons a project after accepting payment
- Technical errors on the Platform result in duplicate charges
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:
- Client changes requirements after work has been completed
- Client is dissatisfied with work that meets the original specifications
- Project cancellation after significant work has been completed
- Platform commission fees are non-refundable in all cases
4. Revision Process
Before requesting a refund, clients are encouraged to use the Platform's revision request feature to communicate specific changes needed. Freelancers are expected to address reasonable revision requests as part of the project scope.
5. Dispute Resolution Process
To initiate a refund request:
- Contact our admin team through the Contact Us page or at admin@writerlinkpro.com
- Provide your project details and a clear description of the issue
- Our team will review the case within 3–5 business days
- Both parties will be given an opportunity to present their perspective
- A final decision will be communicated to both parties
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund method will match the original payment method where possible. Platform commissions charged on the original transaction are non-refundable.
7. Freelancer Protections
Freelancers are protected against unfair refund claims. Our admin team reviews all refund requests objectively. Freelancers who consistently deliver quality work as agreed will not be subject to unjustified refunds.
